REPRODUCTIVE MENTAL HEALTH
Provides support for mother, family and baby as they prepare for one of the biggest events of their lives. Support can be offered through relationship building, or supporting in creating and preparing resources for a custom birthing plan.
Trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to a mother before, during and shortly after childbirth to help her achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible.
Provides families information and support on infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from childbirth, infant soothing, and coping skills for new parents. They might also help with adjustments within domestic practices in the home.
The cypher is a space of exchange, where we can show up as our whole selves; in our agony, in our grief, in contemplation, in embodied practice, through movement and expression. It is a space where words, thought, action and deep reflection are granted and received as part of a collective process of liberation.
Interactive experience and exploration, using embodied practices, reflective exercises and discussion. Participants explore how to use our alchemy to create intentional time, devotion and practices for our self care and to deepen our self acceptance. Participants also identify & begin deconstructing barriers to prioritizing and choosing our selves and our wellness, as well as solutions to apply in order to return to the self and honor our highest being.
